The opening and shutting order of chillers should ensure the normal operation of air conditioning mainframes.

The condenser has good heat dissipation. Otherwise, the condenser will stop because of the high condensation temperature and the corresponding condensation pressure, which will make the high-pressure protection device of the water chiller work and even lead to failure.

(2) The cold water in the evaporator should circulate, otherwise it will stop because the cold water temperature is too low, or because the evaporation temperature and the corresponding evaporation pressure are too low, the cold water in the evaporator will freeze and damage the equipment. Therefore, the starting sequence of chillers is as follows: (must be strictly observed) cooling tower fan opening - > cooling water pump opening - > chilled water pump opening - > chilled water chiller boiling water unit stopping sequence is: (must be strictly observed) chiller stopping - > cooling tower fan stopping - > cooling water pump stopping - > chilled water pump stopping

Water cooler maintenance matters needing attention

(1) When the chiller is shut down, the chiller should be shut down half an hour before work, and the chiller pump should be shut down again after work, which is conducive to saving energy, avoiding malfunction and protecting the chiller.

2. Before running the refrigeration cycle, it should be confirmed that the valve of the heating cycle pipe has been completely closed.
