The role of ice water machine
Composition and Function of Ice-water Cooling System: What are the components of Ice-water Cooling System and what are their functions? Let's take a look at the analysis brought by sainty machinery.
1. Compressor is the core part of ice-water machine's brain. Compressor is the core part of the whole refrigeration system of ice-water machine and the power source of refrigerant compression. Its function is to transform the input electrical energy into mechanical energy and compress the refrigerant.
2, condenser: in the process of refrigeration, the condenser plays the role of heat output and condensing refrigerant. After the high-pressure superheated vapor discharged from the refrigeration compressor enters the condenser, it absorbs all the heat in the working process, including the heat absorbed from the evaporator and the refrigeration compressor and from the pipeline to the surrounding medium (water or air) to take away; the high-pressure superheated vapor of the refrigerant condenses into liquid again. 3. Drying filter: In refrigeration cycle, it is necessary to prevent the entry of water and dirt (oil, iron, copper scraps) and so on. The main source of moisture is the trace moisture contained in the newly added refrigerants and lubricants, or the moisture brought about by the entry of air in the maintenance system. If the water in the system is not exhausted, when the refrigerant passes through the throttle valve (thermal expansion valve or capillary), sometimes the water will solidify into ice due to the decrease of pressure and temperature, which makes the passage blocked and affects the normal operation of the refrigeration device. Therefore, a dry filter must be installed in the refrigeration system.
4. Thermal Expansion Valve: Thermal Expansion Valve in the refrigeration system is not only a flow regulating valve, but also a throttle valve in the refrigeration equipment. It is installed in the refrigeration equipment between the drying filter and the evaporator, and its temperature sensitive package is wrapped at the exit of the evaporator. Its main function is to make the refrigerant liquid of high pressure and normal temperature throttle and reduce pressure when flowing through the thermal expansion valve, and change into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant wet vapor (mostly liquid, a small part of steam) into the evaporator, vaporize and absorb heat in the evaporator, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.
5. Evaporator: The evaporator is a heat exchanger which absorbs the heat of the cooling medium by evaporating the refrigerant liquid (actually boiling). Its function in the refrigeration system is to absorb heat (or output cooling capacity). In order to ensure that the evaporation process can be stable and lasting, it is necessary to constantly use refrigeration compressors to remove the evaporated gas to maintain a certain evaporation pressure.
